This Privacy Policy applies to the use of this website.
Hosting
The website is hosted via Vercel provided by Vercel Inc. (USA). When the website is accessed, Vercel processes technical access data including IP address, requested URL, time of access, and browser and device information. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The Provider's legitimate interest lies in the technical provision of the website. The transfer of data to the USA is based on Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.
Consent Management and Cookies
The website uses a consent management tool that collects consent for optional services and stores the respective decision. The tool distinguishes the categories Essential, Analytics, and Marketing. Essential services require no consent. Analytics and marketing services are activated exclusively following consent.
Essential
Essential website functionality requires no consent. This includes the cookie storing the consent decision and any other technically necessary functions. The legal basis is Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG.
Analytics
For statistical analysis and improvement of the website, the Provider uses Plausible Analytics provided by Plausible Insights OÜ (Estonia). Plausible operates without cookies and records page views and selected interactions. The IP address and User-Agent transmitted for technical reasons are processed temporarily but not stored. The analysis is carried out exclusively in aggregate form. Processing takes place exclusively on the basis of consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Marketing
The Marketing category is prepared within the consent tool. At present, no marketing services are activated and no corresponding cookies are set. Any future activation will take place exclusively upon prior consent and this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

Data subjects have the following rights against the Provider, subject to the applicable legal requirements in each case.
